Costs
Now to that all important question, how much does it cost? Well, as I am sure you will agree, we offer some of most competitive and affordable rates. As at October 2007, the following costs (quoted in Euros) are based on four people sharing for the durations and times of year specified. Longer term requirements are dealt with on a ‘as need basis’ and are subject to a discounted and negotiable arrangement between the owner and prospective residents.

For parties exceeding four people, there will be an additional supplement of €50 per person per week. For parties of less than four people, there will be an ‘under occupancy charge’ of €50 per week.
