Complex/Facilities
The apartment is part of a large multi-apartment complex (Arenal Golf Apartments) comprising a superb 18 hole golf course, numerous gymnasia, children’s playgrounds, and swimming and paddle pools, all of which residents on the complex have free and unlimited access to. When fully completed, the complex will also contain numerous bars, cafe and sporting (e.g. tennis and basketball courts, etc.) and shopping facilities. The complex provides immediate access to public transport facilities.
Golf Course
The specially designed, purpose-built, 18 hole golf course, is fully integrated within the complex. It contains some superbly designed and landscaped holes, surrounded by palm trees, water and sand, and culminates with a spectacular 18th hole that leads into the club house where eagerly awaited refreshments are available.
Access to, and use of, the course is free to all residents. In the event that you do not have any golf clubs, there are clubs (and other equipment) available for hire at the club house.
For the more experienced and capable golfer, who is out to improve their handicap (or get away from the other half), there are numerous award winning golf courses in the surrounding area including 'Torrequebrada' Championship Golf Course at the bottom of the hill just before the exciting Hotel Torrequebrada Casino. Benalmadena Golf, which is situated at the top of the road, has its own Golf Driving Range, 18 hole Pitch & Putt course and a welcoming cafe/bar.
Transport Facilities
The complex has been designed such that the tourist is able to move about freely and in comfort. Dedicated public transport bus facilities provide a regular transport service to several destinations including Benalmadena town centre, the famous ‘Marina’, the beach and many more. Further information on destinations is available in the apartment and at the complex.
It is also located in very close proximity (10 minute walk) to the train station should you wish to venture to other areas in the Costa Del Sol such as Marbella, Fuengirola and Torremolinos.
