This brand new, luxurious, 2 bedroom, self-catering apartment, has just recently been completed (May 2007) and is part of a fabulous residential complex that comes equipped with a specially designed, purpose-built, 18 hole golf course, the use of which is FREE and unlimited to all residents.
The apartment, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people, is situated in the beautiful region of Arroyo de la Miel, and is located approximately 10 miles from Malaga airport (15-20 minute drive) and 2 miles from Benalmadena town centre.
Located just 5 minutes drive from the beach, 5 minutes drive to Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena, the apartment is located in an ideal tranquil area located near all the major amenities. The motorway (top road) and dual carriageway (coast road) are just 5 minutes drive away locating you to all the local areas.
The apartment (and complex on which it is located) is ideal for both young and old, and families and golfers alike, all of whom are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, while at the same enjoying all the facilities and amenities that the resort has to offer; there is also the superb Spanish climate, should I dare forget to mention.
The apartment is within walking distance of some of Benalmadena’s star attractions including: Tivoli World, if accompanied by children; 24 Hour Square, containing Benalmadena’s best in nightlife; the ‘must visit’ Marina; the ‘old’ town, which contains numerous shops, bars, cafes and restaurants; the ‘Market’, which takes place every Friday beside Tivoli World; and the ‘Cable Car’ which gives you the opportunity to view some of the fantastic scenery that Benalmadena has to offer.
There is also the wild animal park at Selwo, sealife centre in Benalmadena, aqua park at Mijas, boat trips and, for the more adventurous, a visit to Gibraltar or Morocco is a must.
